Girish is a Law graduate from the University of East Anglia. He went onto completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
Girish has obtained a Diploma in Forensics and further qualified as a Higher Court Advocate, allowing Girish the opportunity to represent his clients from the beginning to the end.
Girish has defended a large number of Murder / Manslaughter cases. He has experience of serious criminal cases particularly with a forensics element.
He has defended Extradition requests from over 20 countries and travelled abroad extensively for the purposes of interviewing witnesses, local Lawyers and gathering evidence.
Girish was a Solicitor for the families in The Deepcut Barracks Inquest and in The Hercules Crash Inquest. He has expertise in deaths in custody Inquests and in state-interest inquiries.
In the immigration arena, Girish can advise on the whole range of entry, leave to remain and points-based applications. He sits as a part-time Judge of the Tribunal.
Girish was lead Counsel for a war crimes indictee before the Sierra Leone Special Court and owing to his substantial legal knowledge and skill, Girish lectures widely on legal subjects.
