Fraud Allegation Dropped In Pharmaceutical Case

Stuart Miller Solicitors were instructed to represent two clients arrested on suspicion of Fraud and Supply of Class B Drugs

The prosecution alleged that defendants worked for a leading pharmaceutical diet company, providing prescription drugs under the close supervision of Doctors.

The accused then set up their own company selling similar prescription medication; however, it is alleged that they regularly forged doctors’ signatures in order to gain the medication to supply to the public.

Owing to effective advice given by Stuart Miller Solicitors’ Fraud Solicitors, the Fraud allegation was subsequently dropped and only the Supply of Drugs allegation proceeded to court.
