R v W - Accountant Alleged of Mortgage Fraud

Stuart Miller Solicitors' Fraud Solicitors were instructed to act for one of four Accountants alleged to have produced False Accounts for applications to assist in Mortgage Fraud.

The Fraud dates back to 1999, after which hundreds of false applications are said to have been submitted by an FSA registered Mortgage Broker, who was issued a final notice for Regulatory breaches in 2010.

The losses in this case were many millions of pounds.
