Theft Of Cards From Post Boxes For Fraud

This case was personally referred to our Fraud Solicitors by another Firm of Solicitors due to their acknowledgement of its sheer complexity.

Mr A was one of several defendants in the case. He was arrested for Fraud by False Representation and Theft. It was alleged that Mr A committed Fraud by targeting specific post boxes in communal areas of flats which he knew or believed, belonged to affluent people who had recently ordered credit cards by post.  

It is alleged the group then broke into the post boxes and stole the credit cards, using them to purchase high value goods before returning to the flats and targeting the same mail boxes for the re-delivered credit cards,
