R v G - Acquittal In Crystal Meth Factory Case

Stuart Miller Solicitors were requested to take over this case from another firm of Solicitors, when the issues became legally and factually complex.

Our client, was accused with many others, to be involved in a Drugs Supply syndicate operating internationally to produce and distribute crystal meth, amphetamines and ecstasy on a large scale.

This case was soaked with covert surveillance and very complex law surrounding the use of covert surveillance.

Furthermore, issues on the legality of known drug-mixing compounds such as Paracetamol and Caffeine were argued in detail.

Following a two month trial, the jury were unable to reach a verdict and the Judge returned not-guilty verdicts. It was left to the prosecution to decide whether they wished to have a re-trial.
