We had an issue with the police raising an incorrect safeguarding issue against our daughter because we used a Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) which they disagreed with (wet cupping therapy). The police wanted us to sign a community resolution order admitting that we assaulted our child! Being in court for the 1st time for my son he represented my son superbly. After arguing his defence for my son for 7 gruelling days my son was found not guilty of all charges.
